Chris Ross
Chris Ross is a sports writer.
He was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. Sports has always been a major part of his life from the time he was a just 5 years old when he would get up every day at 6 in the morning to watch the sports highlights his Dad had taped for him from the night before. That is, before his Mom put a stop to this. Playing baseball, soccer and, of course, hockey, were main stays in Chris’ life up until the end of high school.
He currently is in his third year, majoring in English at the University of British Columbia. Although sports writing comes second to school, blogging has become a big part of his life. His personal site, Painting the Black, was nominated as one of the Sport’s Blogs of the Year for BallHyped.com in 2011. After acquiring his degree, he plans to fully commit to pursuing a career in sports journalism.

Kortney Shane Williams is the founder and edito-in-chief of Comedic Prose. He is an objective Cleveland sports fan that is beyond desperate for a championship.
